The optimized process control technology includes: accurate control of temperature and atmosphere, accurate control of pressure, computer simulation control of heat treatment process, online process monitoring and control, complete process library and expert system, complete computer management system, and alarm and interlock protection of overheating, water shortage, air shortage and action error.

The Nitriding furnace internals are made of high-quality heat-resistant materials, such as Inconel 600 anti-permeating nickel-based heat-resistant alloy. The furnace shall be well sealed, and the furnace pressure shall be controlled to ensure the accurate control of carbon potential and nitrogen potential. The carbon potential control accuracy shall be ≤± 0.05%. The nitrogen potential control accuracy: the ammonia decomposition rate (at 10% - 80%) shall be ≤± 1% or the nitrogen potential Kn value control accuracy shall meet the requirements of American Aerospace Material Specification AMS 2759/10A Automatic Gas Nitriding for Nitrogen Potential Control. Large circulating fan and good air guide device are adopted to ensure the uniformity of atmosphere.
