Welding robot
Composition of welding robot: it mainly includes robot and welding equipment, positioner and fixture. The robot is composed of robot body and control cabinet (hardware and software). The welding equipment, taking arc welding and spot welding as an example, is composed of welding power supply (including control system), wire feeder (arc welding), welding gun (clamp), etc. The positioner (rotary table) can realize the required welding position and welding speed by controlling the rotation of the worktable. The fixture supports and fixes the bow and arrow according to different welded bows and arrows.
